Deborah Summitt Graham, CSP, CMP, Broker, RRG

Deborah began her professional career in Insurance and Bonds in Fort Worth,Texas. For 9 years she sold and serviced accounts in every facet of insurance and bonds. She was the managing partner of the Dallas and Houston offices of Texas Surety Corporation; an agency specializing in the insurance and bonding needs of a variety of commercial accounts. She held licenses and designations in Life & Health, Property & Casualty, as well as Contractor's Payment & Performance Bond Underwriting. In 1983, Deborah acquired her Real Estate Broker/Sales license and began a career in Joint Venture Partnerships and Commercial Real Estate. These joint ventures were retail centers, new home communities, and congregate care facilities developers. Her career evolved into the sales and marketing of these joint venture communities.

Deborah moved to Las Vegas in 1989. She has been selling new homes for various builders in Las Vegas. She holds a Broker/Salesperson Real Estate License with National designations of Certified New Home Sales Professional and Certified Marketing Professional, and she is a candidate for The Institute for Residential Marketing. She is a graduate of PSI Seminars' Woman's Leadership Course. Her achievements in Real Estate include National Sales and Marketing Council Lifetime Million Dollar Circle; Company Awards from Lewis Homes for Best Follow-up (1994, 1996, & 1997), Most Referrals (1995 & 1996), and The Team Award (1996); Company Diamond Award from Watt Homes (1992 & 1993); Southern Nevada Home Builders candidate for Regional Sales Person of the Year for 1991 and Outstanding Company Performance Sales Person in 1991; Developers Marketing Group's Salesperson of the Year for 1990; and Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Salesperson of the Year for 1986 and Rookie Salesperson of the Year for 1985.

Manuel P. Gonzales, CSP, RRG

Manuel retired from the US Army after 24 years of active duty. He is a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran who was assigned to US Army Special Forces. He also taught Military Science at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.

Manuel began his Real Estate career in 1982. He sold homes in New Mexico from 1982 to 1989 before moving to Las Vegas in 1990. He has been selling new homes for various builders in Las Vegas. He holds the Certified New Home Sales Professional National designation. His achievements in Real Estate include National Sales and Marketing Council Lifetime Million Dollar Circle; Developers Marketing Group Salesperson of the Year for 1991; Southern Nevada Home Builders Outstanding Company Performance Sales Person in 1991; Recognized by Albuquerque Board of Realtors as one of the Top 20 Sales Agents in the Albuquerque Metropolitan area for 1983 to 1989; and the Los Mejores Award by the Albuquerque Board of Realtors for 1983 to 1989.
